We want the returns process to be clear. This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
CHANGE OF MIND — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
For most physical products purchased online, UK consumers can cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods where we informed you of this before purchase.
Please take reasonable care of returned products. We may make a deduction where an item’s value has been reduced by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM GOODS
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
This does not remove your rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
Your statutory rights apply. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair or replacement.
REFUNDS
Where a change-of-mind cancellation is valid, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by law, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products have different cancellation rules. If you expressly request immediate supply of paid digital content and acknowledge that beginning the download or access affects your cancellation right, the 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
