Welcome to Jazadee. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Throughout these terms, “Jazadee”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller.
2. Our Products
We sell stationery, journals, planners, creative kits, paper goods, accessories and related products. We may also offer digital products and downloads.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and handmade, assembled or mixed-content products may have small variations between items.
Product photographs may include decorative or illustrative items. Unless specifically stated in the product description, only the items described as included form part of the product.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that we have accepted or begun processing it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we cannot deliver to the address supplied; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
The price shown at checkout is the price payable for your order, together with any delivery charges or other charges clearly disclosed before payment.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery
Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.
Some products may be produced, fulfilled or dispatched by one of our fulfilment partners. This does not affect your contract with Jazadee or your statutory consumer rights.
Please make sure the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver goods without undue delay and normally within 30 days of entering into the contract.
6. Your Right to Cancel
For most physical products purchased online, UK consumers have the right to change their mind and cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.
After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods where we have informed you of this before purchase.
Goods should be returned with reasonable care. We may make a deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
7. Personalised and Custom Products
The statutory right to change your mind does not normally apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
8. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an eligible order, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For a change-of-mind cancellation, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Goods supplied by Jazadee must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include a refund, repair or replacement.
10. Digital Products
Some Jazadee products may be supplied digitally.
Before receiving immediate access to paid digital content, you may be asked to expressly agree that supply can begin immediately and acknowledge that doing so may cause you to lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, digital products purchased from Jazadee are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial sale, share publicly or claim Jazadee digital products as your own work unless we have expressly granted you those rights.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Jazadee branding, original designs, graphics, written content, downloadable materials and other original content on this website belong to Jazadee or are used under an appropriate licence.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights in its design or content.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from using a physical product normally for your own purposes.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional condemailitions displayed when the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used retrospectively on an order that has already been placed.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse, subject to applicable consumer law.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep jazadee.com available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
We may update, modify or temporarily remove website content or functionality where reasonably necessary.
These provisions do not affect orders that we have already accepted or your statutory consumer rights.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Jazadee is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Products are intended to be used in accordance with their descriptions and any instructions supplied with them.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, website or applicable law.
The terms applying to an order will normally be those in force when that order was placed.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory legal protections and rights concerning where legal proceedings may be brought that apply to you based on where you live.
